If you have chosen to buy one of our products before signing up in through the
Sign Up page, please keep your payment reference and
enter it in to the correctly labelled field upon sign up. This will aid our team
to identify you.
As soon as we receive your
Sign Up details and your payment we will send
you the login details for your Website and instructions on how to access the
Back Office System (used to update your Website) and how to input information into it.
If there are any problems with your
Sign Up details or
any other problems a member of our team will contact you as soon as possible.
Delivery Policy
We can build you a fully functioning Website or integrate our Ordering Engine
into your Website within 20 working days!
Online Orders
Online orders received will be delivered to you via Email, Fax or both.
Marketing Materials
We offer a range of
marketing materials to help you promote
your new purchase. These materials are free with the Standard Package and Custom Package
but can also be purchased for a small additional fee for our Ordering Engine Package.
Advertisement Placement
If you purchase the Standard Package, Food Kingdoms will place
advertisements on the Website, these will be powered by Google AdSense. However, for
Custom Package customers the website will be Advetisement Free.
Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel the service anytime within the first 3 months of
your purchase.
All purchases are subject to a non-refundable admin charge set at 25% of the Setup Price/One Off Payment
of the product.
If you have received a fax machine from Food Kingdoms which you have not paid for, you must return the fax machine to Food Kingdoms.
Annual Membership Renewal
The annual membership fee from year 2 onwards will be waived if your turnover from the previous year's
online orders is more than £10,000.
If you decide not to renew your annual membership with us, you should be aware that the
Ordering Engine remains the property of Food Kingdoms. You are effectively
renting our Ordering Engine for the term of your membership.
If you have purchased the Standard Package you should be aware that the website
we have designed for you also remains the property of Food Kingdoms. If you
have purchased the Custom Package you should be aware that
the website we have designed for you will belong to you to keep.
Fake Orders/Bookings and Card Fraud
Food Kingdoms takes no responsibility for fake orders or bookings placed either on the website we have provided you with
or on the Food Kingdoms Portal website. The transaction fee and any commission if applicable related to the placing of
an order or a booking of a table whether fake or not is non-refundable.
Google Checkout proactively identifies and filters out fraudulent transactions and under their Chargeback Resolution
policy, Google evaluates all chargebacks you receive and, whenever possible, fights them on your behalf. Some transactions
are also covered by their Payment Guarantee policy: if you get a chargeback on an eligible transaction and give them all
requested documentation and information within 10 days of the request, they will reimburse you within a week.
